All Meisterkonzerte Braunschweig tickets are valid as travel passes on buses and trams operated by Braunschweiger Verkehrs GmbH — from three hours before the performance until two hours after it ends; for evening events, until noon the following day within the Braunschweig city area (Zone 40).

Cloakrooms and a drinks bar are available on the ground floor of the Staatstheater.

The foyer opens 60 minutes before the concert begins; doors to the auditorium open approximately 30 minutes before the start.

Please allow yourself plenty of time and do arrive punctually. Latecomers will be admitted where possible during the applause between works, though re-entry cannot be guaranteed.

The box office opens one hour before the concert. It is located in the entrance area of the Staatstheater, on the right-hand side

Step-free access is not available at the main entrance but on the left-hand side of the building (door width: single door 75 cm / double door 150 cm). This entrance is kept locked and cannot be opened independently. There is a bell to the right, which can be used both for performances and for the box office. Please note: it may take a few minutes for a member of staff to come to you — we appreciate your patience. The bell does not have an intercom.

There is a lift in the public area, located on the left-hand side (door width: 85 cm). It features both print and Braille labelling.

Access to the auditorium is via stairs only, with the exception of the dedicated wheelchair spaces. Step-free access is available to three additional seats located immediately to the right of the wheelchair spaces.
